Develop a policy in the field of development of the information society, plan and co-ordinate the implementation thereof, participate in the development of the policy of electronic administration and information systems of the Data Centre, providing advice to workers in the livestock sector regarding the regulatory enactments regulating the registration of herds, holdings, animals, identification of animals and information measures regarding the issues of the registers of the Data Centre.
