Process description

1. Enquiry step
   A specific time-by-phone visit must be agreed in advance.
   A completed and signed Horse registration card and identity records shall be carried out.

2. To make a horse's passport or identification document for the equine animal
   Payment shall be made for the production of the identification document for the Horse Passport or the equine animal.

3. Issue of Horse Passport or Horse Identification Document as a matter of urgency
   After processing the data and making the payment, the owner of the animal shall receive a passport according to the choice of the request.
