Change data in Herd register accordance with the herd owner demand. Change the address or contact person.
If the owner of the herd is deceased, an authorisation must be submitted to represent the succession and to handle the agricultural animals.
In the mass of the heritage - The authorisation has been issued or approved notarially or in the Orphan's Court, or by a court adjudication.
Registration of changes in herd data in the Ganāmpulku register may be communicated electronically in the Electronic Login System of the Ministry of agriculture Sector Portal (EPS) - the customers , who is registered in the Rural Support Service.
!!!! The fee shall not apply if the herd is eliminated or the change of information: telephone; e-mail.

Process description

  1. Filled Ganāmpulka card
    1. Changes in herd data can be recorded: When reinforcing www.ldc.gov.lv
    In a single application system, under Applications, attaching a completed Ganāmpulka card
    2. The user of the Electronic Login System (LAD EPS) of the Rural Support Service may be the owner of a change in herd data online in the Ministry of Agriculture e-services system (ZM EPS).
    3. Payment must be made after receipt of an invoice.
    The change in herd data shall be effective after its registration in the LDC IS.

  2. Registration of changes in herd data
    The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
